We moved to Parksville from the mainland just over 5 years ago. About a year after we moved here we noticed all the Bluenose license plate covers and decided to check it out. My husband was looking for a new Truck and found a Tacoma TRD 4X4 Truck almost brand new and at a good price - quite a bit lower than the competition and an excellent trade in price on our vehicle, so this was our first purchase. The next year we were back to look at cars for myself.

We found a Honda Accord that was in immaculate condition, not new but almost. So this was our second and supposed to be our last purchase as we are retired and thought this would be it. Then two years went by and last year while my husband was on the Bluenose Motors website, he found a car that he always wanted. He went to see it and then took me to try it out. What a car! It was a slightly used Lexus 350, and a dream. Once again the experience was great, any details that concerned us about any vehicle we bought were quickly rectified, something we had never experienced before. What wonderful people to deal with. Way to go Al and Sharon and the rest of the staff. Who knows now if that's our last one........ just need to keep my husband off the website.

RE: Recent service on my 2002 Toyota RAV4
I would like to commend Al Cameron and his service dept. staff on the excellent service provided in my last appointment. The service was prompt, comprehensive and very reasonably priced.

While in their care a potentially serious fault was found, a loose tie-rod end, and it was promptly fixed. This attention to detail makes me confident that they have the customer's best interest at heart. I was provided with a report on the condition of my car and advised on items that could require attention in upcoming checkups. All in all a very positive experience and I will continue to have my car serviced there. I highly recommend anyone to try them out. I'm sure you will be pleased.

After introducing me to Kevin a few weeks ago, I decided to get my wifes car tuned-up and get some new tires for our road trip we are leaving for today. Both times I went up there Kevin was great, and your delivery drivers Bill and Steve were both friendly and prompt. Although this may be an often overlooked task, I feel that I must bring to your attention my appreciation for the outstanding service I receive from your company.

All of your employees professional and courteous attitudes, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues is very important to my complete customer satisfaction. In the past I have felt that many businesses are not very sensitive to the customers needs and provide the quickest and most convenient solutions from their own perspectives. But happily, I have never felt that way when dealing with your business.

Hello Al,
We just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how your service department went beyond the call of duty this past Easter weekend. Last week I dropped our Benz SUV off at your service center because we needed some work done on the power steering box. Over Easter we were going to our place on Lasqueti Island so I called and talked to Steve as Kevin was away. I just wanted to check and see if it was okay to drive the Benz to French Creek and back, but one of your mechanics did not recommend to drive it because it could cause further damage. I called Steve back to see if I could rent a loaner just for the weekend. The car would only sit in the French Creek parking lot. He called me back and said that Bill would pick us up at 9:00 AM Thursday morning and drop us off at French Creek and Bill would pick us up at 12:00 noon on Monday when the ferry arrived from Lasqueti Island.

In our business customer service is very important and Bluenose Service certainly went beyond our expectations. As an owner you need to hear from satisfied customers because work of mouth advertising is the most positive advertising. Please pass along our sincere thanks to Steve and Bill.
